Our wonderfully appointed villa has room to spare for your entire group with customizable sleeping configurations. Every single bedroom has a top of the line mattress with memory foam topper that will make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Each bedroom has remote controlled ceiling fans and lights to add comfort and convenience to your rest.
The Master
The spacious master bedroom includes a top of the line king sized mattress with a 4 inch memory foam topper that guarantees you will have the best sleep of your life. Decorated with rich wood tones and cool, refreshing blues, the master bedroom also includes a flat screen TV (with full cable), a custom closet with room to spare for your clothing, and a lovely view to the front of the property.
The master has a private bathroom with custom, walk in shower. The large granite counter top has room to spare along side two above counter basin sinks in cool blue tones that mirror those of the master bedroom.
The master bath also includes speakers that connect to the whole-home audio system, so you can listen to your favorite music (or shows) while getting ready for your day (or night!). Don’t worry! there’s a knob on the wall if you want to turn the volume off — or up!
Each bathroom on property comes furnished with fluffy, clean bath and hand towels for you to use as needed. The master bath also has a blow dryer under the sink in case you forgot yours.
Bedroom 2
Directly next to the master is a Bedroom 2, a room decorated where rich wood is offset by warm, inviting yellows and cool, refreshing grey tones. The custom, queen sized bed includes a 4 inch, top of the line memory foam topper. A large dresser with mirror affords space to store your belongings, but there is also a built in closet if you need more space! The whole-home audio system is also in this room, so you won’t have to miss a moment of your favorite music (don’t worry! there’s a knob on the wall if you want to turn the volume off — or up!). This room includes a lovely view to beautifully landscaped front of the property. The landscaping and fence provide absolute privacy, however!
Bedroom #3
Bedroom 3 also features a custom, queen sized bed with 4 inch memory foam topper to insure you and your guests have the most relaxing stay possible. Decorated in rich wood tones and refreshing blues, this room looks out onto the beautiful backyard and pool area. The spacious closet has room to spare for all of your belongings, but there’s also a large dresser if you find yourself needing more space!
This bedroom is also attached to a shared bathroom with a lovely full shower and granite counter tops.
Bedroom #4
Bedroom 4 also doubles as the Den, off of the living room in the main part of the house. Bifold doors assure absolute privacy when desired.
The pull out couch has a top of the line memory foam mattress (no springs here!) that is unlike any other pull out couch you have ever slept on in your life. This room looks out onto the pool area and is home to the brand new 4k TV that is sure to keep you entertained throughout your stay.
The bathroom off of this room has a spacious, custom, tiled shower and vanity area.
Do you need more room?
The spacious, open floor plan of our home allows guests the space to spread out when needed. While many guests have commented on the comfortable rest they got on the oversized living room couches, we also have two large, queen sized air mattresses available for you to use if need be. There’s plenty of space throughout the home for these air mattresses to be placed without being in the way.
